Shipping Cost

We like to keep things simple,   that is why we offer free shipping on orders over $40 and a flat rate of $5 for anything under $40.  We generally ship USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package and where it is going, but reserve the right to use any reliable carrier to deliver your package.

30 day return Policy.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product as determined by tracking delivery date.

If we make a mistake,  we want to make it right.  If we ship the wrong product, or the product is damaged or defective we will cover the shipping costs and either issue a full refund or send a replacement.

If you order the wrong item or change your mind for any reason,  we will accept returns for most products under the following conditions.   

 1.  The product must be in new and unused condition with packaging intact.   Products that have been damaged, marked, contaminated or otherwise altered in a way that prevents us from reselling them may be ineligible for return or incur a "restocking fee".  Please contact us prior to returning so that we can determine the status of your product.

2.  You will be responsible for the return of the item either by shipping it to us or bringing it to one of our locations.

Exceptions:  

Tools:  We no longer accept returns on tools.   If there is a warranty issue we are happy to help resolve this with the manufacturer, but due to the number of people purchasing expensive specialty tools, using them for one repair and then attempting to return them for a full refund, we have stopped taking tool returns all together.  

Lubricants, Food and Perishable items:   We do not take returns on nutrition items,  lubricants, sealants, or other (typically liquid) items where it is difficult to determine how much has been used and that contamination had not occurred.
